Web Enrollment-Self Service solution allows your
employees to select their benefit options from
their office, workplace, home or wherever they
have Internet access. The intuitive,
step-by-step process will guide your employees
through the enrollment process and provide an
electronic confirmation of benefit selections.
Additionally, we have Co Browsing capabilities
with our Call Center. Should an employee need
help in completing their selections, one of our
benefit counselors is just a phone call away

provides maximum flexibility by allowing your
employees to call a trained benefit counselor
during open enrollment. Our licensed, salaried
counselors are effective communicators,
knowledgeable and experienced in communicating

Scheduling a call is also available through our
web based scheduling tool. This option is

spouse on the call with them if they prefer.

Resource and Payroll systems formats is
